Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My husband and I have gone through 3 rounds of IVF which all failed. The last IVF treatment in *** resulted in an ectopic pregnancy with emergency surgery to remove my ovary and fallopian tube. We gave up trying again until recently and have decided to seek out a surrogate. I have a daughter from a previous marriage; however, we would love for her to experience having siblings and my husband and I would like to have more children. We have 2 frozen embryos left and feel like with the right match, our family will finally be complete!
