Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have tried to have a child but have suffered 5 miscarriages. I had ovarian cancer and only have one ovary left. I was told conceiving would be very difficult for us to do so we are looking for a surrogate to help us fulfill our great desire to have a child together.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband has a 16 year old son from a previous relationship. I am a special education teacher teaching students with emotional impairment. My husband works building houses as a carpenter.
