Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I was advised to not get pregnant due to my clotting disease. I have been pregnant, but miscarried and my kidneys shut down. I was on dialysis and eventually was able to get off which doesn’t happen often with kidney disease. I am very fortunate, but we have always wanted children and decided surrogacy was the option for us.
