Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Fertility issues having our 1st child followed by an extremely difficult pregnancy as well as significant complications after the birth. We have been trying to become pregnant for a year now without success. We want so badly to have one more child and have begun looking into gestational surrogacy as an option.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am a proud mother of one son (born in *** husband and I have been happily married 7 years.We always planned to have 3 children - 2 biologically, and to adopt a 3rd from Ethiopia (where my husband was born).Fertility issues have prompted us to look into gestational surrogacy as an option for having a second biological child.

We have recently begun the process of searching for a gestational surrogate.We are open to either using an agency or finding our own surrogate.My husband and I long to have one more (biological) child and intend to pursue adoption of a third in the future. We are looking for a surrogate who has gone through this process before and whom previously has successfully carried as a gestational surrogate.
