Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I am a mother of 4 boys that I had naturally but after the last son was born I had to have an emergency partial hysterectomy. A year after my surgery my ex-husband and I divorced. I have now met a wonderful man that I have been married to for 2 years. He walked into this family with no children of his own and picked up the 4 boys like he had been there the whole time. Over the last year we have talked about how much we want to have a child together, so we started researching and realized it is possible!! I still produce eggs I just can't carry the baby. We want more than anything to add this last child to our family to make us complete.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am an outgoing loving person, that will do anything for anybody that needs help. My children are my life and live everyday for them.
