Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
After struggling for years to become pregnant, I was diagnosed with stage one triple positive breast cancer. After my surgery and before I started chemo, I went through the IVF process but only successfully received one healthy embryo that made it to the blast stage and is now frozen. We are thrilled to get the blessing from my oncologist, obgyn physician and fertility doctor to move forward with our hopes and dreams of finding a surrogate to carry our baby.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am a 30 year old wife and mother to two dogs. I would love nothing more than to introduce a child into our lives to experience motherhood with my amazing and selfless husband.

Since we only have one shot right now, our ideal situation would be someone who has had one or more successful pregnancies with no complications. We would like for this person to live close by so that we can spoil them to no end just like we would do if it were me that could get pregnant. I would love nothing more than to give my husband a baby.
