Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
I have seen first hand how wonderful it is, giving the gift of life, a Child, to someone(s) who otherwise cannot. It motivates me more to help others in need or struggle.
Description of myself:
I am an outgoing, honest and a very dependable friend, daughter, sister and mother.As well as a Surrogate Mother if the chance arises. I have had two healthy births before.My first was in July *** and my second was in January *** first son I had adopted out.It is an open adoption and I have witnessed first hand how great it feels to give someone the gift of life, a gift of their own; a perfectly healthy baby..And so with everything said, I would love to opportunity to be a Surrogate Mother.
Dear Jessica, My agency, Advocates for Surrogacy, is working with an awesome gay couple, Dan and Ale who live in Miami, Florida. They celebrated their two year wedding anniversary back in May of this year. Their best friend was their egg donor. They contacted me last year and I've had the absolute pleasure of helping them through this journey from the egg donation process to the point now where they are seeking their surrogate match. They have many frozen embryos and blasts at their clinic, Atlanta Center for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM). These are really great guys. They are funny, warm, generous, caring and want to be involved. Dan is a sports nut, fyi. :) though that is not a requirement.... About agency: Small. you will work directly with me and not be tossed over to support staff; small does not mean lack of support. i work with a great team of passionate pros including an awesome surrogate mentor which is especailly nice for first time surrogates. I am not sure where to begin other than how sad I am that I am unable to give my fiance a child of his own due to health problems.I had to have a hysterectomy without any other option in order to save my life.I met my best friend 5 years ago and never knew that he would some day be one of the best things that have happened to me.He is such a wonderful man and he is definitely my rock.He builds me up in so many different ways.Anyhow I could seriously go on how much with him being in my life saved me but I will spare you lol.We are looking into surrogacy so he can father his own child and I know that it's extremely important to him.He is a wonderful step dad to my children and a great role model.I know in my heart that if we can not get the help we need in order to have a child I will have to let him go.I have tried in the past but he won't allow it.He insists that we find an other option like surrogacy.Please inform us on any helpful information.Thank you so much!
