Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

I feel now, more than ever that this is something God has called me to do, and i find my greatest joy in pleasing my Heavenly Father by helping to complete families. I am contemplating a new journey and am just looking for another couple that I feel led to help. To God I give all the glory, for it is with His help that I am able to do this.

Description of myself:

I am a wife and mother of two.I have a 6 year old daughter named Kelsi LeAnn, and an 15 year old step-son named Luke Taylor.My husband is James and we have been blessed with 6 great years together.Overall, we are a pretty happy family.We go through the normal family hustle and bustle.Kelsi is in 1st grade and Luke is in the 9th grade, so we have school functions, baseball and football games to enjoy.Family is such a wonderful blessing :) My first surrogacy I had the pleasure of helping a wonderful couple that has become dear to my heart.Our journey together resulted in twins, a boy and a girl, which I delivered vaginally on November 11, *** had a wonderful pregnancy despite the extreme nausea and fatigue that automatically comes along with carrying two babies :) Their sweet babies are very healthy despite being 9 weeks early, which is also common for twins.We continued to have a great relationship as I pumped breast milk for the twins, so that their fragile tummies didn't get irritated and they could continue to grow and get chubby.I am so blessed to have been able to help them, and do not have a single regret.

My letter to intended parents:

*****Update!*****The twins I delivered in my first journey are now over a year old and are doing very well! I went through two sets of IPS after that.Each had embryos that were not PGD tested and on each journey I miscarried early due to complications with the embryo.Each set of IPs either chose to adopt or put things on hold after that.So therefore, as I look for a possible new set of IPs, I am looking for PGD tested embryos and of course the same good experience from these 3 past times.:) My husband and I are hoping to grow our family by one more in the coming months, so I would like my next journey to start sometime before summer of next year. I feel as though that gives me enough time to find my next IPs and really get to know them before I start IVF meds.Plus my IPs will get to watch my personal pregnancy progress :) *****
