Why I want to be a surrogate mother:

I have always had a strong desire to help other people. I was an egg donor and it was an amazing experience. I am facebook friends with the dads and I love seeing their beautiful family and knowing I helped them! I also would love to be a foster mother some day. Now that I am having my own babies I have been thinking about surrogacy. I think I have been very blesses and lucky to have a body that can handle pregnancy and I feel a great deal of empathy for mother's who are unable to have children of their own. If I were in their situation I would hope someone would be a surrogate for me, so I guess it is also a part of following the "Golden Rule".

Description of myself:

I am 29 years old and am currently pregnant with my own identical twins. I am looking into surrogacy now so that I have plenty of time to make an informed decision by the time my girls are here and get older. I have been an egg donor before. I am finishing up my last semester of college right now. My main concern about being a surrogate was the possibility that I might have to carry twins, but now that I am pregnant with my own and having a great pregnancy I am no longer worried about it. I am introverted but fiercely loyal. I love my friends and family dearly. I love photography, psychology, and music. My fiance is my best friend. I can be very silly at times and try to stay young at heart. I love helping others and will eventually be doing that for my profession.

I hope that your journey towards becoming a parent/parents is as least stressful as possible, and I am looking forward to finding potential parents that are a good fit and helping make your dream of having a family come true.
