Why I want to be a surrogate mother:
I became pregnant through IUI as I am gay, so I know what it can be like to have to use a hospital to assist. It is on my bucket list to help out at least one family to experience the joy of a child as I do, before I have more children of my own (probably through the foster care system). However, I am middle class and cannot do this without compensation. It would be a bonus to help out a gay/lesbian couple/single.
